How and why it works?
VemoHerb® Creatine aids for significant increase in muscle strength, power and growth. Many sports involve high intensity and endurance exercises, which however are limited, due to the onset of fatigue and tiredness. Creatine supplementation has been one of the most studied nutritional aids for supporting durability and overall performance. In addition, creatine has been shown to increase fat free mass, and aid in improving the physical and cognitive capabilities of athletes.
The main mode of action of VemoHerb® Creatine is via increasing the ability of your muscle cells to regenerate adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is main source of energy in your cells. In muscles, the creatine monohydrate you take is converted into phosphocreatine, which acts as a storage reservoir for regenerating ATP.
When receiving higher ATP levels, you will be able to get more power during training and recover faster between each set – helping you train more for less time. Thus, the elevated ATP regeneration enhances the workout performance, providing essential energy for muscle contractions and maximal power for strength-based exercises.
Are you seeking ultimate performance and high-intensity workouts? VemoHerb® Creatine is for you!
It improves the maximal muscle strength, anaerobic strength and support the brain and cognitive function.
Creatine is produced in our bodies in small amounts by the amino acids glycine, methionine and arginine. In the organism, creatine is can be spontaneously converted into creatinine and secreted out. It can be then compensated with the diet, however, dietary creatine is only provided in animal products, principally in meat and fish. Thus, virtually all of the creatine loss in vegetarians must be replaced via endogenous supplementation. VemoHerb Creatine aids for balancing the creatine levels in vegetarians and elderly people, which show positive impact on the body strength and endurance levels. [6,7]
VemoHerb® Creatine is offered as a powder in bulk and is 100% vegan!
Active substances in one dose:
5000 mg Creatine
Mix 7 ml scoop in 250 ml of protein shake/water/juice before workout.
It is recommended to take one dose before workout in combination with protein or carbohydrate, which enhance creatine absorption by the muscles and you will get the desired results and recover quickly.

1. Naderi, A., Earnest, C.P., Lowery, R.P. - Co-ingestion of Nutritional Ergogenic Aids and High-Intensity Exercise Performance (2016).
Many sports involve repeated bouts of high-intensity exercise. High-intensity exercise is compromised, however, by the early onset of exercise-induced fatigue. Metabolic by-products, ion dysbalance and amount of phosphocreatine are considered the main peripheral causes of fatigue during high-intensity exercise. Intake of nutritional ergogenic aids is commonplace to enhance performance of high-intensity exercise by offsetting the potential mechanisms of fatigue. Creatine, probably one of the best known nutritional aids to enhance performance of high-intensity exercise, has convincingly substantiated its ergogenic potential.
2. Cooper R., Naclerio F., Allgrove J., Jimenez A. - Creatine supplementation with specific view to exercise/sports performance (2012)
Creatine is one of the most popular and widely researched natural supplements. The majority of studies have focused on the effects of creatine monohydrate on performance and health; however, many other forms of creatine exist and are commercially available in the sports nutrition/supplement market. Regardless of the form, supplementation with creatine has regularly shown to increase strength, fat free mass, and muscle morphology with concurrent heavy resistance training more than resistance training alone. Creatine may be of benefit in other modes of exercise such as high-intensity sprints or endurance training.
3. Brosnan JT, Brosnan ME. - Creatine: endogenous metabolite, dietary, and therapeutic supplement (2007)
Creatine and phosphocreatine serve not only as an intracellular buffer for adenosine triphosphate, but also as an energy shuttle for the movement of high-energy phosphates from mitochondrial sites of production to cytoplasmic sites of utilization. Large doses of creatine monohydrate are widely taken, particularly by athletes, as an ergogenic supplement; creatine supplements are also taken by patients suffering from gyrate atrophy, muscular dystrophy, and neurodegenerative diseases.

Creatine is one of the most popular nutritional ergogenic aids for athletes. Studies have consistently shown that creatine supplementation increases intramuscular creatine concentrations which may help explain the observed improvements in high intensity exercise performance leading to greater training adaptations. In addition to athletic and exercise improvement, research has shown that creatine supplementation may enhance post-exercise recovery, injury prevention, thermoregulation, rehabilitation, and concussion and/or spinal cord neuroprotection.
5. Wang CC, Yang MT, Lu KH, Chan KH. - The Effects of Creatine Supplementation on Explosive Performance and Optimal Individual Postactivation Potentiation Time (2016)
Creatine plays an important role in muscle energy metabolism. Postactivation potentiation (PAP) is a phenomenon that can acutely increase muscle power, but it is an individualized process that is influenced by muscle fatigue. This study examined the effects of creatine supplementation on explosive performance and the optimal individual PAP time during a set of complex training bouts. Thirty explosive athletes performed tests of back squat for one repetition maximum (1RM) strength and complex training bouts for determining the individual optimal timing of PAP, height and peak power of a counter movement jump before and after the supplementation.

Hereditary Spastic Paraplegias (HSPs) are a clinically and genetically heterogeneous group of neurodegenerative disorders characterized by a progressive rigidity and weakness of the lower limbs, caused by pyramidal tract lesions. As of today, 80 different forms of HSP have been mapped, 64 genes have been cloned, and new forms are constantly being described. HSPs represent an intensively studied field, and the functional understanding of the biochemical and molecular pathogenetic pathways are starting to be elucidated.
7. Kaviani M, Shaw K, Chilibeck PD. - Benefits of Creatine Supplementation for Vegetarians Compared to Omnivorous Athletes (2020)
Creatine monohydrate is a nutritional supplement often consumed by athletes in anaerobic sports. Creatine is naturally found in most meat products; therefore, vegetarians have reduced creatine stores and may benefit from supplementation. Objective: to determine the effects of creatine supplementation on vegetarians. Data sources: PubMed and SPORTDiscus. Eligibility criteria: Randomized controlled trials (parallel group, cross-over studies) or prospective studies. Participants: Vegetarians. Intervention: Creatine supplementation. Study appraisal and synthesis: A total of 64 records were identified, and eleven full-text articles (covering nine studies) were included in this systematic review.
