The Achieve Your Best & Win Promo Raffle is organized by VEMO 99 Ltd, 88 Rozhen Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)

The Promo Raffle will give all registered participants the opportunity to purchase on the www.vemoherb.com website owned by VEMO 99 Ltd, with 20% discount for a year – from 01st of May 2024 till 01st of May 2025.

The Promo Raffle will give 101 lucky winners the opportunity to choose one of VemoHerb products on www.vemoherb.com and receive it for free.

The Promo Raffle is promoted during FIBO 24 Sport & Fitness Exhibition taking place in Cologne, Germany, between 11th and 14th of April 2024.

During the event the organizer distributes leaflets and product samples (glass bottles & sachets) with a QR code that leads to a promo page www.vemoherb.com/fibo24 after scanning.
Participation is governed exclusively by the following conditions of participation.

Conditions of Participation

Who can participate

Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and fully complies with the respective conditions of participation is eligible to participate. However, employees of the organizer and their direct relatives are excluded from participation.

When to participate

Participation in the raffle is only possible during the period till 30th of April.
Is participation free
Participation is of course completely free of charge and does not require the purchase of any goods or services.
How to participate
To participate in the Promo Raffle one should scan the QR code on a leaflet or a promo samples in forms of glass bottles and sachets branded with VemoHerb and distributed by VEMO 99 on the territory of FIBO exhibition in the period of 11-14 April 2024.
Participation in the Promo Raffle requires filling in a correct email address on a landing promopage www.vemoherb.com/fibo24.
Participants that do not provide a correct email address cannot be taken into account within the Promo Raffle. Incorrect information or incomplete emails will not be considered. Late or incomplete entries will also not be considered.
By participating in the respective raffle, the consenting party agrees to these conditions of participation.

101 VemoHerb product prizes delivered for free

Winner Selection:

The raffle will end on April 30th 2024 and the winners will be announced soon after the Promo Raffle’s end date. The winners of product prizes will be chosen in a random drawing and will be notified by email.

The winners should confirm and claim their product prizes within 10 days after the email announcing the winners is sent.

The winners confirm and claim their product prizes by replying to the email with the required information which is the name of the VemoHerb product they want to receive, their names, phone number and physical address for the delivery.

If this confirmation is not received, the prize will be awarded to another participant.

All registered emails will receive a promo code with 20% discount for 1 year purchases from the website www.vemoherb.com via email.

Exclusion of Participation

a) In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the Promo Raffle.
b) Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation, for example through collective or multiple entries.
c) Furthermore, untruthful personal data, as well as the use of fake and incorrect email addresses can lead to exclusion.

Privacy:

If you participate in the Promo Raffle, the following personal data will be collected by the organizer:
Your e-mail address
First and last name
Your postal address
Your phone number
This data will be processed by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of determining the winners, checking compliance with the conditions of participation, as well as for contacting the winners in the event of a win and for sending the prizes.
The organizer will delete the data of the winners if it is no longer necessary for the implementation of these purposes. This is usually the case when the prizes have been sent and the organizer has made sure that they have reached the winners undamaged.
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties without the participant’s consent.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promo Raffle constitutes winner’s consent to the organizer and its agents to use the winners’ name, opinion and/or hometown for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions:

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promo Raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, or other factor beyond the The organizer reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promo Raffle. In such an event, The organizer reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual, without compensation, it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promo Raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, The organizer reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability:

The Released Parties are not liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promo Raffle; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Promo Raffle; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promo Raffle or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promo Raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promo Raffle.

Disputes:

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
