I use Creatine from VemoHerb before every training, I mix one scoop with approximately 2 dcl of an ion drink (before heavy training, I combine Creatine with the pre-workout stimulant Armageddon 2 scoops + 3 tab. Guggulsterone 1 tab. Arginine)
approximately 15 minutes before the start of training. I also use 1 scoop of Creatine right after training together with one scoop of VemoHerb Glutamine. I felt the effects of Creatine after about 1-2 weeks, with a slight increase in body weight by about 1-2 kg. I use Creatine for 4-5 weeks followed by 10days off.

I’ve tried a lot of creatine products, and this one is by far one of the cleanest. It mixes perfectly without leaving any grit, has no strange taste, and fits easily into my daily routine.

I’ve been using this creatine consistently alongside my training program, and I’m really happy with it. I like how easily it dissolves, and it has become a staple in my supplement stack. Excellent value and premium quality.
