HOW AND WHY IT WORKS

HOW AND WHY IT WORKS

VemoHerb® Eastern Adaptogen harnesses the power of carefully selected extracts traditionally used to support endurance, energy, and overall well-being.

Dry extract from Rhodiola rosea

Rhodiola rosea (Golden root) facilitates the process of adaptation to the external environment* [1,2]. It’s active ingredients Rosavin and Salidroside improve the body’s capabilities and endurance during sports and in cases of physical and mental overwork* [3,4]. Studies show that Rhodiola rosea has antioxidant effect and supports the body rid itself from toxins* [5,6]. The extract boosts stamina during regular workouts and has a positive impact on athletes’ performance, reflexes, and physical condition.* Supports the good mood and helps reduce feelings of exhaustion *[7].

Dry extract from Siberian Ginseng

The Siberian Ginseng (Acanthopanax senticosus) supports the concentration and memory, helps reduce tiredness and increases energy.* It is highly beneficial in cases of physical exhaustion or recovery* [8, 9]. Siberian Ginseng is commonly used to help increase focus and promote stamina and vitality.* The extract has a positive impact on the general well-being, due to its adaptogen properties.* [10]. It supports the body’s response to stressors and positively influences the normal levels of adrenal hormones in a natural way* [11]. Studies show that Siberian Ginseng supports the normal white blood cell levels and positively influences the immune system* [12].

Shilajit

Shilajit (Mumijo) is a natural complex of fulvic acid and minerals that play an important role as adaptogens* [13]. Shilajit supplementation has been shown in recent studies to enhance adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production, providing energy and muscle strength.* Thus, Shilajit intake can enhance exercise efficiency by reducing feelings of tiredness, and supporting the muscle mass production [14,15]. *Shilajit is used as a tonic in Ayurveda to promote vitality, endurance, potency, and mental power.* Shilajit has also been shown to have antioxidant, anti-fatigue and anti-inflammatory effects [15,16].* Supports the body’s natural energy, strength, and stamina [16].*
